Minxcon reports comply with acceptable local and international reporting standards. Our personnel are members of the various essential regulatory bodies in South Africa which exercise control over the standards of conduct of professional natural scientists and engineers.

Minxcon is fully qualified to report to the South African Code for Reporting of Mineral Resources and Reserves (the SAMREC Code), as well as the Australian Code for Reporting of Identified Mineral Resources and Ore Reserves (the JORC Code) and the Canadian Reporting Rules that govern how issuers disclose scientific and technical information about their mineral projects to the public (National Instrument 43-101), its Companion Policy (NI 43-101 CP) and Form 43-101 (NI 43-101 F1).
