Miracle Upon Miracle Investments (Pty) Ltd lodged a Mining Right Application on 29 September 2023 in terms of section 22(1) of the Mineral and Petroleum Resources Development Act, Act No. 28 of 2002 as amended (“MPRDA”) for PGMs, gold, copper, chrome, cobalt, silver and nickel. The Mining Right Application was acknowledged on 17 October 2023 by the Limpopo Regional Office Department of Mineral Resources and Energy for MUM to undertake the environmental regulatory approval processes in terms of the National Environmental Management Act, Act No. 107 of 1998 as amended (“NEMA”) associated with the proposed mining project.

The Draft Scoping Report will be made available for public review and comment for a 30-day period starting from 26 October 2023 until 26 November 2023.
